What happens next?

  1. Your proof is marked pending.
  2. A reviewer checks the evidence or requests more information.
  3. Approved evidence is eligible for the applicable credit policy.
  4. A credit is shown as applied only after billing confirms it.

Eligible active monthly SaaS members can receive one three-month invoice credit after review. Annual plans are not eligible. Approval alone does not apply a credit.
